If this is true it’s sad. Sharia law is not something that we should ignore. The traditional sharia law that accompanies Islam is a threat to freedom of religion and speech. The fact that the Iranians may not execute the pastor for apostasy does not negate the fact that if one turns away from Islam in a Muslim society the penalty is death.
